Color Challenge 2019
We
are still waiting to hear from our submission for a Guild Exhibit at the 2010
AQS show in Charleston.
In
the meantime Lynn C. has an exciting
opportunity for us – our own Spring Quilt show at The Station Park Circle! On Thursday March 19 The Station Park Circle
(4610 Spruill Ave. North Charleston) will be open to the public for a Sip and
Shop from 4 – 9 pm. The Station Park
Circle is a reclaimed marketplace with 35 vendors and we can hang our quilts, gain some community awareness of our group
and even sell your quilt if you would like.
This endeavor will take a lot of work to hang the quilts and act as
Hosts, providing food and beverages for
the event. Let Lynn C. know if you have
a ladder we can use on the Monday,
Tuesday and/or Wednesday before the show (March 16, 17,
18) as we get a team together.
More details will be coming soon – there will be a social media campaign
and postcards made to spread the word.
