July 2018 Meeting Notes

Whitner opened the meeting welcoming 24 member and 1 visitor.

A Cutting Out Party!  At cutting stations, fabrics were pre-cut for kits to complete small piecing blocks for QuiltCon 2019 Charity Quilt.

The deadline for completed blocks is the August meeting or September Sew Day.

At the August meeting Heather Powers of HK Power Studio will talk about organization in our sewing rooms and homes.

Florence Crittenton House:  The next visit will be Wed, Sept 5.


Supply lists and instructions for Victoria Findlay Wolfe classes will be emailed when available.


Thirteen members of our guild are participating in the SCMQG Swap.  The first post, a fabric pull is Sept 1.
