Each of the three committees met to discuss and plan for the
remainder of the year.
After the trunk show, we had show and tell by the general membership.
Cathy had this beauty to show off made from African wax prints scraps she got from her friend, Sherri Lynn Wood.
One of our guests, Rene brought this sweet stacked coins quilt.
She also made this Christmas tree quilt using swapped fabrics at a retreat with friends.
New member Rick received a sewing machine for Christmas and got right to work whipping up the jelly roll quilt that he was ready to take camping.
Lynn finished her quilt top that she started in the Victoria Findlay Wolfe double wedding ring class.
Phoebe brought in this paper pieced quilt based on an original design by her husband.
Whitner started these adorable flamingos at camp that she finished as wall hangings for her daughters.
Jennifer showed us her very soothing geometric quilt.
Hope had two colorful quilts to share.
A mystery quilt! Anyone know who made this? Won't the real Slim Shady please stand up?
Connie made a cute zippered project bag.
She also had this cool geometric quilt she called Ghosted based on a conversation she had with one of her children.
Connie made this one which was part of the Michael Miller challenge of the year.
Karyn showed off her love of chickens with this sweet quilt!
Our next meeting is planned for Tuesday, February 26th. We'll be getting a QuiltCon recap from our members who attended. Don't forget to bring your nametags and show and tell!
