Kerry Bevers called the meeting to order at 5:35 PM.
Phoebe Harrell provided the 2025 profit and loss statement and 2026 budget. Quilt Camp funds were separated into a different account in 2025 and removed from the 2026 budget. The stocking fund was mostly covered by the yard sale fundraiser.
Discussion focused on how to best leverage our funds to the benefit of the guild. Programs and special event ideas were shared, including speakers such as Karen Miller of Aurifil, Kelly Biscopink (former guild member), Sara Hibbitz of Great Britain, and a remote Zoom class that allows members to participate from their homes; several presenters were noted from QuiltCon. There was general consensus to further educate members about modern quilting attributes.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00PM.
