Program – Carol W. presented a heartfelt and moving program entitled “Quilting - What’s in it for me?” In these unprecedented times and with the reliance on technology to sustain our sewing passion, we all could still use a hug.  Carol highlighted how fellow quilters answered the question.  Responses included acceptance, connection, continuity, love, pass it along, artistic expression, self-expression, just sew, and find your tribe.  Several of our members shared their personal stories relating to our CHG MQG.  Phoebe shared how she, Tamiel and Alice started our chapter after finding a personal connection and a need to start a tribe.  Carol has challenged all of us to answer the question.  She has provided a prompt on the CHS MQG Facebook group.  This private Facebook group has been organized by Karyn is open to all registered CHS MQG members.   Thank-you Carol.

Please contact Kim if you are interested in the quilt camp this August.  It will be in person at the St. Christopher retreat center.

The next sew day is March 20 and the next meeting is March 23.
